By providing Pozitive Energy with an up to date meter reading, we will be able to create an accurate invoice for your energy consumption, and only pass on the charges for energy you have used.
You can submit your meter read/s to Pozitive Energy in several ways:
- By accessing your online Pozitive Energy Customer Portal powered by Enalytics™ at www.pozitive.energy via your web browser, or by downloading and installing the Pozitive Energy App
- By calling our Customer Care Team on 0333 370 9900
- By emailing us your meter reads to meterreads@pozitive.energy (If you’re not using the email address associated with your account, please include your account number and address)
Please include all meter reads that your meter displays as well as all preceding zero’s. For example: Electricity: Rate 1: 002612, Rate 2: 002403.
You may also submit a photograph of your meter using your Customer Portal or via email. Please include the meter serial number in the photograph as well as the meter reads. Multiple photographs are perfectly acceptable.
If you would like to exchange or upgrade your meter so that you are no longer required to manually submit reads, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding this or any other matter, please either raise a query via your Customer Portal.
