  As a Pozitive Energy customer you now have access to our online portal. This will enable you to view your energy account online and allow you to easily enter meter readings at any time. To register for this service please visit www.pozitive.energy and follow the simple instructions at “My Pozitive Energy”  
   
 

Providing a meter reading

 
  As your new energy supplier we will need an opening meter read from you. If you haven’t done so already, you can provide a reading now by:  
 
  • Logging in to ‘My Pozitive Energy’ at www.pozitive.energy and entering your meter reads
  • Emailing us your meter reads to service@pozitive.energy (If you’re not using the email address associated with your account, please include your account number and address)
  • Speaking to one of our friendly advisors on 03333 70 9900
 
 

Direct Debit

 
 

You have opted to pay for your energy by Direct Debit and there are many advantages to pay for your energy in this way. These include the Direct Debit Guarantee. In addition, a Fixed Direct Debit allows you to spread your energy costs throughout the year. We will review your account at least once a year to ensure your payments reflect your energy usage. We recommend you take regular meter readings so we are able to base any calculations on the most accurate information available.

To calculate your Direct Debit Amount, we estimate your energy costs for the year from when you join Pozitive Energy and divide this amount into 12 equal monthly payments. Depending on the time of year you join Pozitive Energy, credit may be accrued on your account during the warmer, lighter months and a debit may accrue during the colder and darker months. This perfectly normal behaviour for an energy account. Joining in the summer will see a credit build to use against increased usage in the winter, and for those customers joining in the winter will see a debit accrued that will be eroded by decreased usage in the summer. If you feel that the way you use your energy has changed dramatically from how you have used your energy in the past, please contact us on 03333 70 9900 so we are able to discuss any potential changes to the amount you pay.
