Meter Read |

We only ever want to bill you for the energy you use. It is therefore vitally important that regardless of the meter you have, we receive an opening meter read from you. To do, this please use one of the following methods:
- Log in to the online portal and enter your meter readings
- Email us at customercare@pe.solutions and include your account number
- Speak with one of our friendly advisors on: 03333 70 9900 (local rate)
- Sign up for our SMS reminder service

Metering |

We will shortly be in touch to discuss your meter and, if applicable, will offer you the opportunity to upgrade your existing meter to an AMR (automated meter reader) free of charge. The benefits are:
- Improved billing: Invoices are based on up-to-date readings, giving you more control over your electricity forecasting and budgeting
- Convenience: Meter readings are collected remotely, saving you the time and hassle.
